Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how SCOPE Readiness Group LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“SCOPE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the SCOPE website, member portal, training academy, community media feed, events, and job board (together, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform you acknowledge this Policy, which works alongside our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We handle inquiries and sensitive matters with discretion, and we never sell your personal information.
Information you provide
We collect information you give us directly when you create an account, build a profile, take part in the community, enroll in the academy, register for events, apply to opportunities, contact us, or make a purchase.
This can include:
- Account and profile data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional details such as phone number, display name, headline or bio, location, and avatar image;
- Community content: posts, comments, reactions, messages, and anything else you submit to the media feed or other community surfaces, plus reports you file;
- Academy data: course enrollments, lesson and quiz progress, scores, completion status, certificates, and continuing-education hours;
- Event and job activity: event registrations and RSVPs (including a guest name and email if you register without an account), job-board applications, and saved items;
- Inquiry and intake data: information you submit through contact or intake forms, including the details of your request; and
- Payment data: when paid features are active, billing details processed by our payment processor — we receive confirmation and limited transaction data, but we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Platform, some information is collected automatically to keep it working, secure, and improving.
This can include:
- Usage and analytics data: a privacy-minded session identifier, the pages you view, referring page, landing path, and in-product events (such as starting a form or completing a course);
- Device and approximate location data: device type, browser and user-agent string, and coarse, country-level location inferred from your connection — not precise GPS location;
- Performance data: web-performance metrics (such as load and responsiveness measurements) used to diagnose and improve the Platform; and
- Security data: your IP address and request patterns, used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and protecting accounts.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Platform and your account, including authentication and email verification;
- deliver academy courses and issue certificates and continuing-education records; run events, registrations, and the job board;
- enable and moderate the community, including filtering prohibited content, reviewing reports, and enforcing our Terms and Community Guidelines;
- process payments and manage invoices, refunds, and billing when paid features are active;
- respond to your inquiries, send service and transactional messages, and, where permitted, occasional updates you can opt out of;
- understand usage and performance so we can fix problems and improve the Platform; and
- protect the safety, rights, and security of the community and SCOPE, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Community and public content
The community media feed and related features are shared spaces. Content you post, your profile, and your online presence may be visible to other members and, where a surface is public, to anyone. Treat anything you post as potentially public and lasting.
Do not post confidential, privileged, or sensitive matter information — including details from an investigation, a client, or a protected record — in the community. Use our contact or intake channels for sensitive information, which is handled with discretion.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, and afterward as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security and records.
Analytics data is kept on a limited, rolling retention schedule and is then deleted or de-identified. Some records, such as transaction, certificate, and audit records, are retained longer where required for legal, accounting, or compliance reasons. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and role-based permissions, audit logging of staff actions, rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and multi-factor protection for privileged staff access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for notifying us promptly at info@srgokc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update most account and profile information from your account. You can opt out of non-essential email by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; we will still send essential service messages.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
- correct inaccurate information or complete incomplete information;
- delete your account and personal information, subject to records we must retain by law;
- object to or restrict certain processing; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@srgokc.com or use the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
Children’s privacy
The Platform is intended for adults and professionals. It is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us at info@srgokc.com and we will delete it.
Third-party links and services
The Platform may link to third-party websites, social platforms, or tools, and relies on third-party providers to function. This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties. Review their policies before sharing information with them; your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.
Where information is processed
SCOPE is based in Oklahoma, United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.

Questions about this Policy, or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, can be sent to info@srgokc.com or through our contact page.
This Policy is a thorough draft prepared for the Platform and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is relied upon as final. It is not legal advice.
